Your purchases can be picked up at the Fredyma warehouse:

  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
 

Please bring your invoice number with you before going to the warehouse to collect your order. Without this number, your order cannot be released.

 
Order delivery:

For orders of 50 kg or more, or for the delivery of liquid products during the winter period, please contact us.

TECHNICAL AND COLOUR CONSULTATIONS (by phone or video conference):
 – From Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and noon, by appointment* only.

SHOWROOM TOUR (for professionals):
 – Fridays, between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm, by appointment only*. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

*You are offered free, personalized time at each appointment to better serve and advise you. We also ask for your cooperation in being punctual to avoid waiting for other clients.
