USE
GekkkoSOL Thinner is intended exclusively for use with GekkkoSOL paints. The paint may be
thinned with up to 10% thinner to achieve a consistency similar to cream (neither as thick as a paste nor as fluid as water).
On highly absorbent surfaces, such as lime-based cement renders or plasters, it is recommended to first apply a casein primer and then dilute the GekkkoSOL paint with approximately 10% GekkkoSOL Thinner.
GekkkoSOL Thinner also serves as the required medium for preparing TOCKAY natural dry
pigments before incorporation into the paint. To do this, mix the pigments with approximately 1 to 1.5 parts thinner to 1 part pigment, depending on the fineness of the pigment, until a paste is obtained that is completely homogeneous, smooth, and free of lumps.
CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean with water immediately after use.
NOTES
- Wear safety glasses and gloves.
In case of skin or eye contact, wash with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist, especially if eye contact occurs. - Protect surfaces that are not to be treated.
- Splashes may create irreversible stains.
